Nor-Cal Inc. Products has been manufacturing stainless steel vacuum components for over 50 years.

Our 85,000 square foot corporate HQ and manufacturing facility is located in Northern California where around 200 employees serve a network of distributors throughout the world.

In 1997 Nor-Cal Products established a 4,000 square foot research and development facility in San Diego, California. The staff is currently developing downstream pressure control devices for semiconductor processes.

Our products go to customers both building equipment (OEM) and running equipment (End User), as well as universities and other research establishments.

Our customers are drawn from all sectors of the vacuum industry, from semiconductor fabrication to nuclear research.
